PURCHASED ITEMS/ RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES:
Cut fabrics and signed books are non returnable and non refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
You have the right to return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full product refund (not including any shipping costs).
In this case, items must be returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the associated costs and risks of this.
For products requiring a refund, the order will be processed within 5 working days of the goods being received by us in their original condition including all packaging.
WORKSHOPS / EVENT CANCELLATIONS:
For workshops or events that are organised by a third party, Tailor Taylor cannot be held responsible for cancellation compensation or refund requests. Please contact the event holder for more details.
For events or workshops that are organised by Tailor Taylor, in the unfortunate event that a workshop/event has to be cancelled an alternative date or workshop to the same value will be offered first before offering a full refund of the workshop/ event fee only. Tailor Taylor will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred such as travel and accommodation.
CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION AND NON ATTENDANCE:
Due to the nature of the workshops / events once payment is made to secure your place, you do not have the right to refund. If you are unable to attend, for whatever reason, please try and notify us within two weeks of the date. You are able to send someone else in your place if you prefer but please let us know of their contact details (name, address, email address and telephone number) in advance, so that arrangements may be made where possible and confirmation details can be passed onto the new party.
If possible we will try to offer you an alternative date or alternative workshop to the same value to attend, however this may not always be possible.
In the case of weekly classes if you are unable to attend, for whatever reason and you are providing less than 24 hour notice, 50% of the value of the class will be transferred to the next session. Where more notice is provided we can move your session to an alternative date.

Returns Policy
Tailor Taylor accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Tailor Taylor without the prior written consent of Tailor Taylor and are subject to a return charge.
