Aspiring Designers Creative Sewing Course - Home Education Learners

A creative 4-week sewing course for home-educated learners, designed to build confidence, independence, and practical making skills in a relaxed studio setting.

In this small-group experience (max 6), students will learn to use a sewing machine and develop core techniques while creating their own personalised projects. Alongside sewing, they will explore fabric design through block printing, creating unique textiles to use in their final pieces.

Led by Jenniffer Taylor, author and former contestant on The Great British Sewing Bee

Across four weeks, students will learn key skills, design their project (book cover, pencil case or tote), and cut, construct, and finish their own handmade creations—gaining the confidence to continue sewing independently.
